Jeff Harrow

Jeffrey K. Harrow is currently Chairman of Philadelphia-based event marketing agency, Sparks of which he, along with partner and Sparks CEO Scott Tarte, bought controlling interest in 2001. With a demonstrated passion and commitment to customer satisfaction, Jeff is actively engaged in all aspects of the company’s sales and marketing activities. Prior to joining Sparks, Jeff served as President and CEO of CMPExpress.com for two years during the height of the dot-com era. He tripled annual revenues and the employee base and is credited for creating the strategy that allowed CMPExpress.com to move from a Business-to-Consumer marketplace into the much-higher valuated Business-to-Business sector. In 2000, Mr. Harrow successfully negotiated the sale of CMPExpress.com to Cyberian Outpost (NASDAQ ticker: COOL). From 1982 through 1998 Mr. Harrow was the President, CEO and Director of Travel One, a national travel management company. Under his sales strategy, Travel One grew to rank as the 6th largest travel management company in the United States with annual revenues just under $1 billion. In 1998, Jeff and his partners sold Travel One to American Express which today operates as American Express One.
